Pastor Hurston welcomes request for information about the United Methodist Church and how to become a member of Trinity United Methodist Church CHILDREN'S PROGRAM - We have a special children's program each Sunday morning from 9:30 to 12:00. This is a time that children fellowship and learn of God's love. In addition, we have a nursery available for babies and young children through the age of five. SPECIAL NOTICE: The Sanctuary will be open each Wednesday evening from 4:45 to 6:00 and again after Bible Study for prayer and meditation. Pastor Hurston will be available for for consulatation. Fellowship Dinner: Wednesday, September 1st, at 6:00PM. Bring your favorite covered dish or see Roberta Gettz for the theme this month. The Beginnings Class: Starts Sept. 9th, from 6PM – 8PM. Twelve week class exploring the basics of the Christian faith for seekers, new believers, and longtime Christians. See Pastor Hurston for more information. Celebration Sunday: Sunday, September 12th, with covered dish dinner to follow. Experiencing God: A video and discussion series to begin this fall on Sunday evenings. An introductory meeting was held on Sunday, August 22nd at 6:00PM. This examination of experiencing God will be lead by Connie Hurston. Charge Conference: Sunday, October 3rd, 6:30PM, Tanner Williams UMC. ANGEL FOOD MINISTRIES – September orders are due by September 19th at 5:00 PM. Pickup is September 25th from 8:30 – 9:30 AM.
